At Made in Ply, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our birch plywood furniture and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for all standard, non-customized pieces in their original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back in its original protective packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
Arrange Collection
Once your return is approved, we will schedule a specialized courier to collect the items from your address at a time that suits you.
Quality Check and Refund
After our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
